1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 92 Strike website, mobile application, or any associated service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who places a bet or plays any game on the platform.

If you are accessing 92 Strike on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have authority to bind that person to these terms. We recommend you save or print a copy of these terms for your records.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use 92 Strike, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be a natural person — businesses and legal entities may not register personal player accounts.

• You may only hold one account on 92 Strike. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance may be forfeited pending review.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a 92 Strike employee in a role that could create a conflict of interest.

92 Strike reserves the right to decline any registration application without giving a reason. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

3 Account Management

Once registered, you are fully responsible for all activity carried out under your account. This includes every bet placed, every game played, and every transaction made. 92 Strike cannot be held responsible for losses that result from you sharing your login details with another person.

• Your username and password must be kept confidential at all times. Do not share them with anyone, including friends or family members.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately.
• You are responsible for ensuring your account details remain current. If your phone number, email address, or payment details change, update them promptly in your account settings.
• Accounts that show no activity for an extended period may be marked as dormant. A dormant account fee may apply after twelve consecutive months of inactivity, subject to prior notification.
• 92 Strike may suspend or close any account at its sole discretion if it suspects a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any behaviour that puts the integrity of the platform at risk.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 92 Strike are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). We do not process transactions in foreign currencies. The following payment methods are currently supported:

• JazzCash – instant deposits and withdrawals via mobile wallet
• Easypaisa – instant deposits and withdrawals via mobile wallet
• Raast – instant bank-to-bank transfers via the national payment system
• Bank Transfer – standard inter-bank transfers (processing times may vary)
• Debit / Credit Cards – Visa and Mastercard
• Mobile Wallets – other supported wallets as listed in the cashier section

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. These limits may be adjusted for VIP members.

Withdrawals will typically be processed within the timeframes stated in the cashier. 92 Strike reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC or other documentation as part of this process. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on your part.

Funds deposited into your account must be your own. We do not accept payments made using payment methods that belong to another person. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party account may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

92 Strike offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. These are designed to add value to your experience and reward loyal players. Every bonus is subject to specific terms that will be clearly stated at the point of the offer.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new players who register and make their first qualifying deposit. The specific bonus amount and wagering requirement will be stated on the promotion page at the time of registration.
• Wagering Requirements: Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement — a multiplier that tells you how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling PKR 10,000 before withdrawing bonus-derived funds.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting bets, casino slots, live casino, and other game types may contribute at different rates. The full contribution breakdown is listed on each promotion page.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry window. If you do not meet the wagering requirement within the stated period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one promotional bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless otherwise stated.
• Abuse Prevention: 92 Strike monitors bonus usage. Any player found to be exploiting bonuses, using multiple accounts to claim offers, or systematically hedging bets to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements may have their bonus removed and account reviewed.

92 Strike reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to protecting any reasonable expectations of players who have already started participating in that promotion.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets — including Cricket, PSL (Pakistan Super League), T20 internationals, ODIs, Football, and Esports — are subject to the specific event rules displayed on the bet slip and event page at the time of placing your bet.

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the platform.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time if data feeds are interrupted or if the event status changes in a way that requires odds recalculation. Bets placed before a suspension are valid unless the event is voided.
• If a match or event is cancelled, abandoned, or declared void by the relevant governing body, bets will typically be voided and stakes returned. Specific event rules take precedence in ambiguous cases.
• 92 Strike reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds caused by a technical error or data feed failure. You will be notified and your stake returned in such cases.

• Casino games including Slots, Live Casino tables, and Bingo operate under the specific rules of each game as provided by the certified game supplier. House edges and RTP (return to player) percentages are governed by the supplier's certification.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 92 Strike and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent ban:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or verification
• Using another person's payment method to deposit funds
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonuses
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the platform
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or misconfigured odds for financial gain
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports fraud
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform's software or security systems
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime

92 Strike takes platform integrity very seriously. Suspected fraud is reported to the relevant authorities. Any funds associated with prohibited conduct will be withheld pending investigation and may be permanently forfeited.

8 Responsible Gaming

92 Strike is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable entertainment experience. Gambling should never be seen as a way to make money, solve financial problems, or escape stress. It is entertainment — and like all entertainment, it should be enjoyed within personal limits.
